Your data footprint
This notice explains the handling of information connected with this editorial website and its browser-based worksheet.
Who is responsible
Junglerankmosac Studio Ltd, 18 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 CY65, Ireland, company no. 748291, is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.
The local worksheet
The brief worksheet processes what you type within the current browser page. The site’s worksheet code does not transmit entries to us, submit them to a server or save them in cookies or localStorage. Your browser may independently retain form history or restore a session according to its settings.
Creating a preview displays your text on the page. Copy sends the generated text to your device’s clipboard when you choose that action. Download creates a text file through your browser. You control any subsequent storage, sharing or email. Avoid entering confidential information, identifiable guest details or health data.
Correspondence you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, any attachments and associated email metadata. We use these to handle the enquiry, consider corrections, maintain relevant records and protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running an editorial website and responding to correspondence. Where necessary, we also process information to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Please share only what is needed. We do not require medical information or confidential formulas to consider an editorial question. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not automatically send a message.
Technical information and providers
When your browser requests a page, the hosting infrastructure receives information needed to deliver it, such as an IP address, request time, requested resource and browser or connection details. Operational logs may be processed for security, fault investigation and service delivery on the basis of legitimate interests. Hosting and email providers may process relevant information on our behalf under appropriate arrangements.
The supplied site code does not include advertising trackers, analytics libraries, external fonts or embedded third-party media. External reference links take you to independently operated websites with their own notices. See Cookies for browser-storage information.
Retention, sharing and transfers
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter and keep a proportionate record, or for a longer period where legal obligations or disputes require it. Technical records should be kept only as long as necessary for their operational and security purposes. You can ask us about the retention applying to your particular correspondence.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary and lawful. If processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, applicable data-protection requirements must be met, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority. We do not use worksheet entries for automated decisions or profiling. This website is intended for a general professional and adult readership and does not seek information from children.
Updates
We may revise this notice to reflect changes in the site or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies this version. Contact us if you need clarification before sharing information.
